1 quart blueberries, washed and drained
3/4 to 1 c sugar
3 T cornstarch
1/8 t salt
1 c water
1 t butter
Mix together in a saucepan the sugar, cornstarch, salt, water and
1 cup of the blueberries.
Cook and stir over low heat until thick. Add the rest of the
blueberries and butter.
Mix well and cool slightly. Pour into baked pie shell, and serve
with whipped cream.
