Blueberry Pie
pie crust 4 cups blueberries 1/4 cup instant Tapioca 1 cup sugar 1 Tbsp lemon juice sprinkle of nutmeg (less than 1/8 tsp) 1 Tb. butter
Mix sugar and tapioca and nutmeg. Sprinkle blueberries with lemon juice. Layer blueberries with sugar in the pie shell. Dot with butter and enclose with top crust. Bake at 400 about 45 minutes or until pie crust is browned.
If you don't have instant tapioca, you can substitute cornstarch, but the pie will not be as good
